15. Eat only raw foods for a week.

Done!  And it wasn't nearly as difficult as I imagined it would be.  I even got The Husband to do it with me.  You can read all about my adventures in raw eating in my vegan blog.  I posted recipes for just about everything I ate including...

I enjoyed it so much, I'm going planning in incorporate more raw foods in my diet from now on.

That is just awesome! I've been going to our local raw foods restaurant, the Borrowed Earth Cafe, and the food is just amazing!!!!

We have a couple raw food restaurants here, too. Though I haven't tried any of them yet, now I really want to. Eating raw for a week was much easier than I feared. We really enjoyed it!

Our local restaurant has started teaching classes ... maybe some of yours will, too! :D I'm glad you enjoyed your week of eating raw. One of our items is to make everything we eat from scratch ... and my husband is dreading it!

I've been eating raw foods for more than three years now and it's second nature to prepare my food. I don't go for the "gourmet" raw so it's fairly easy to make a green smoothie or a salad.

Are you still eating lots of raw?
